Reminder DSG research day and abstract submission

Dear Colleagues,

 

This is a reminder to please mark your calendars for the upcoming Dutch Sarcoma Group Research Day, scheduled for Monday, May 13th, 2024, at the Antropia conference center in Driebergen-Zeist. We look forward to welcoming you to this event.

 

Kindly note that registration for the symposium is essential for attendance. To confirm your participation, please send an email to c.jansma@erasmusmc.nl.  The registration fee remains unchanged from last year: €100 for specialists and €50 for researchers. Instructions for payment to the Dutch Sarcoma Group (DSG) can be found in the previous post. 

We invite postdocs as well as PhDs active in the field of soft tissue and bone sarcomas and GIST to contribute to the scientific program by submitting one or more abstracts. Abstracts should not exceed 240 words and can be sent to c.jansma@erasmusmc.nl The deadline for abstract submission is April 15th, 2024. Your abstracts will undergo a selection process, with chosen submissions eligible for either extended plenary presentations (10-15 minutes, including discussion) or concise elevator pitch-style presentations (4 minutes, with 1 minute for discussion). This is an excellent opportunity to share your research insights and contribute to the collective knowledge in our field.

As the abstract selection process is still pending, we are unable to provide a finalized program at this time. However, please note that the day will commence with a general assembly meeting, followed by a lunch break. The scientific program will commence immediately after lunch.
